Leigh Syndrome Symptoms

Leigh syndrome symptoms usually progress rapidly. Since this disease affects the central nervous system, early signs of leigh syndrome may include poor sucking ability, loss of head control and motor function.

Loss of appetite, irritability, continuous crying (in infants), vomiting, and seizures can sometimes accompany the symptoms.
