Drinking Less Water May Trigger Heart Attack

Components of the body that contain most water is blood which about 85 percent of water. If the water content in the body decreases, blood will be thicken and cause the blood circulation is not smoothly.

Blood thickens also have a higher risk of forming deposition in the blood vessels. When it passes through the fine vessel to the heart, the deposition can clog and cause heart attacks.
