Walking Can Reduces Colon Cancer Risk

Any exercises include walking is good to keep our body fit and healthy, especially for heart and breathing. Moreover, a study conducted by Kathleen Wolin, a scientist from Washington University shown that walking also can reduces the risk of colon cancer.

Data analysis showed that participants who walk regularly have a lower risk of colon cancer. The risk reduces greatly if the habit is done routinely for at least 10 years.
