Forgetting things is a very common thing – it happens to people of all ages, young and old. However, if the frequency of trouble remembering thing are quite often then you should be careful, because it could be a signs of stroke risk.

Recent studies have shown that people who have a poor memory, memory problems or other mental abilities declines tend to have an increased risk of stroke.
