HIV/ AIDS is one of the deadly disease which is currently not yet found a cure. But there are five ways that can be done to prevent the transmission of the disease:
- Avoid free sex. Someone who frequently have sex freely, will have a high risk for HIV / AIDS.
- Every man or woman must be faithful to their partners. So expected may reduce the chance of the HIV transmission. Each partner must always maintain their relationship for sex with harmony so having sex with other partner can be avoided.
- If steps 1 and 2 can not be done, it is better to use condom every time you have sex. This is intended to prevent transmitting of the virus from sex partners.
- Avoid sharing needles alternately especially for the younger generation, because the needle used is not always sterile.
- Avoid transmission through blood transfusion with selectively and rigorous manner.
